Autumnal Yoga & Ayurvedic Miracle Tea with Rossana and Hayley

Join Rossana and Hayley for an evening to nurture you inside and out through the changes of the seasons. The evening will begin with an autumnal yoga sequence with Rossana to balance our yin and yang energies, let go, and find harmony within. Hayley, who is an Ayurvedic Holistic Therapist, will then lovingly prepare CCF tea (also known as Ayurvedic Miracle Tea) for us all to share, explaining all its wonderful benefits and showing us how we can prepare this magical tea ourselves. The evening will finish with a beautiful guided meditation and you will leave with ingredients and instructions to make CCF tea yourself at home. CCF tea is a warm nourishing tea made with three herbs which aid digestion and are known to be beneficial to all three doshas, which govern health and wellbeing in Ayurveda. It is the perfect antidote to symptoms from seasonal changes and can also ease stomach pain and cramps, calm intestinal spasms and relieve bloating.
